Thank you for shopping with Bayou Suds & Duds! I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because I offer a variety of handmade, boutique, vintage, and digital products, return eligibility may vary by product type.

Eligible Returns

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
  • Returned with any original packaging or tags, when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, customization, or digital-delivery reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Bath bombs, bath soaks, bath teas, shower steamers, and other personal-care/bath products
  • Used candles or products that have been burned or altered
  •  Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items, including personalized name paint kits
  • Digital downloads and digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Clothing & Boutique Items

Eligible clothing and boutique items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached when applicable.

Vintage Items

Vintage items may show normal signs of age or wear. These characteristics are part of the nature of vintage merchandise and are not considered defects when they are accurately described and photographed in the listing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so I can determine the best way to resolve the issue.

If the item was damaged in transit, defective, or I sent the wrong item, I will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

To request an eligible return, please contact Bayou Suds & Duds through the contact information provided on this website. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, I will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after the applicable processing time, please contact Bayou Suds & Duds through the contact information provided on this website.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

Bayou Suds & Duds reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
